Welcome to the UltraSolar App (“the App”), developed and operated by UltraSolar S.r.l. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the App and all related functionalities provided to employees and authorized personnel of UltraSolar S.r.l. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

3. Facilitating internal communication and task assignment among various departments, such as sales, project management, and installers.
4. Monitoring project progress and providing a centralized platform for updates.
Limitations of use: The App must strictly be used for these business purposes. Personal or non-professional use is prohibited.
3. Access and Account Responsibilities
- Account Creation: Access to the App requires a company-issued account, which is created and managed by UltraSolar S.r.l. Each employee or authorized user is provided with login credentials (e.g., email and password).
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not share them with anyone. Notify us immediately at info@ultrasolar.it if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
- Authorized Use Only: The App’s use is restricted to employees and personnel designated by the company. Accessing or attempting to access the App by unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Activities
When using the App, you agree not to:
1. Share client or project data with individuals outside the organization unless expressly authorized.
2. Use the App for any personal, unlawful, or malicious activities.
3. Attempt to reverse-engineer, customize, or modify the App’s underlying code, features, or design.
4. Input inaccurate, falsified, or non-business-related data.
5. Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful technologies that may disrupt the App’s functionality.
6. Share access credentials (email and passwords) with unauthorized individuals.
Any violation of these provisions may result in disciplinary actions, including termination of employment or legal consequences.

6. App Maintenance and Availability

2. We are not responsible for operational delays, data loss, or other issues caused by external factors, including but not limited to:
- Network disruptions.
- Force majeure scenarios (e.g., natural disasters).

9. Termination of Access
